This error means something has changed on your bank account, which is most likely the reason for the break in connection. This could be a change made by you, or made by your bank. Typically, this is something like a new account name, nickname, new debit card, or expired card etc. But it could be a change in the background made by your bank.
This should be fixable by removing your bank completely from EveryDollar and then re-adding it from scratch.
That should fix the issue. Bear in mind, when you add your bank back to EveryDollar it will re-import all transactions from the current month, regardless of whether they have already been imported. So, if you get duplicate transactions, or transactions you don’t need, you’ll need to delete those transactions from EveryDollar.
